About

I was born and grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts.  I completed my university studies between Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Sciences Pô Paris, France, l'Institut Commercial de Nancy in Nancy, France and l'Université de Mons in Belgium.

Returning to the US, I moved between Boston and Washington, DC and finally jumped across the pond to spend several years in Surrey, England before landing in northern France where I have been living more than 15 years. 

Before beginning my career as a therapist, I was able to give a voice to my creative side, a side I believe we all have in us, through my work as a professional artist. I continue today to express myself artistically through my paintings and photographs.

Among my specialisations, I work with gifted, neurodivergent and highly sensitive children, teens, and adults, and their families.  Sessions can take place in either French or English. 

Currently I am completing my MSc Psychology at the University of Glasgow. I am trained in Transactional Analysis in the field of psychotherapy and family therapy as well as other forms of therapy, most notably energy therapy techniques which I find very complementary to a traditional psychotherapy process.

What I Do :

As a therapist, I work with various tools to suit my clients and respond to their needs.

Most often I use a mix of psychotherapy and energy therapies and work with a holistic, relational approach.

I welcome clients of all ages, from young children to teens, to adults.

I also work with families in my office as well as through in-home visits, in order to facilitate the understanding and communication process between members.

I welcome clients by appointment? In my office in Wasquehal, outside of Lille, a 3-minute walk from the tram stop 'Cartelot'. It is a welcoming space that I hope will put clients at ease in comfort and security.

In-home visits :

I no longer offer home sessions, except for clients in Paris.

Online :

For psychotherapy and EFT sessions, I welcome clients via various online platform, which allows those who cannot make it to my office but who wish to undertake one or more sessions with me the opportunity to do so.
