EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT or "tapping" is an extremely easy and efficient therapeutic technique. It's so efficient that it has been accepted by the American Veteran's Association for use for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, addictions, and other emotional problems.
EFT was developed in America by Gary Craig, engineer at Stamford University.
It finds its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine; the idea being that liberating blocked energies in the body will help alleviate difficult emotions and/or physical pain.
EFT is often referred to as "acupuncture without the needles" and it uses the same meridians as traditional acupuncture.
Through simple soft tapping on the endpoints of these meridians while mentally concentrating on the issue, relief can come about quickly.
For such a simple technique, the effectiveness of EFT is surprising.
With this technique developped by Karl Dawson, we work with our energy field in which stressful or traumatic events from our past are held in an "energy body" call our ECHO (Energetic Consciousness Hologram).
We first work to reduce the emotional intensity around the topic before getting into contact and working directly with our ECHO in order to release the emotional charge of the event and then imprint positive resources. It's a powerful technique for removing blockages and installing positive keys in order to better move forward.
I am in continuous training in these fields and am passionate about the mind-body connection in my work.
Whether it be EFT or Matrix Reimprinting, they are techniques that lend themselves easily to various modes of commication which allows me to hold sessions with clients throughout Europe and the world.
EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and Kinésiologie can be used for adults as well as children and in a wide variety of areas such as:
- Stress and anxiety management
- Self Confidence
- Weight Loss
- Difficulties with Concentration
- Emotional Blocages
- Trauma, PTSD, c-PTSD
Please do keep in mind that neither EFT nor Kinesiology is meant as a replacement for any medical treatment you may be receiving.
